Soldiers' Memorial Hospital
Soldiers' Memorial Hospital serves the city of Orillia, Ontario, and the surrounding region. In 2008 we will complete a major expansion and redevelopment, growing to a total of 231 inpatient beds. We provide inpatient services in medical, surgical, obstetric, pediatric, psychiatric and complex continuing care, as well as numerous outpatient services.
Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital is also the centre of a number of regional programs for North Simcoe-Muskoka LHIN 12 including regional dialysis for Simcoe County and Muskoka, regional sexual and domestic assault treatment, numerous regional pediatric services and advanced level 2 neonatal intensive care and special care nursery. We also offer regional services in cardiac rehabilitation and genetic counselling and are the host hospital for a new regional infection control network.
